Healthy volunteers included

To take part in this research you must be aged 18 years or over, have English fluency, and be able to attend one 45-minute tasting session held at the Clinical Research Centre, University of Auckland Grafton Campus. You must also have internet access to complete a web-based questionnaire.

In order to avoid any allergic reactions to the product's ingredients, we ask that individuals with a known allergy to strawberry, apple, cow's milk, pectin, sorbitol, fructose, glucose, PH modifiers, lactic acid, or red koji flavouring to not take part in this study.
